So I returned it and bought a Conair masterly dryer that was less precious. I bought this mess up dryer at Ulta 14 months ago. I loved it. It dried my trifle quicker than other dryers and helped with the straigtening treat. So much so that I will presumably buy another one, same manufacturer. Why do I have to buy another one after 14 months……. It has a one year guarantee and died at the 14 month produce. But the enraged dryer is without equal in what it does to my fraction....
